POLICE SEEK PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO LOCATE PARTIES INVOLVED IN INCIDENT IN ORILLIA

(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for the assistance of the public in locating the parties involved in an incident in the City of Orillia.

On March 6, 2016 at approximately 5:53 p.m., the Orillia OPP was contacted in relation to an incident at the intersection of West Street South and Bond Street in the City of Orillia. 

Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed or was involved in an incident at that intersection.

Officers were advised that a male adult had an interaction with a child before the child was removed in a newer model grey Toyota Sequoia.    

The male is described as white, 5’ 11” tall, clean shaven, wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans. 

The child is described as between 8 and 11 years old, wearing a blue/green neon winter jacket, dark pants and a touque.

The Orillia OPP is requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the parties involved in this incident.
