Find out more about Georgian College at Community Night – this is an opportunity for local residents to learn about Georgian’s programs and services in a friendly, informative setting.

Whether new to the postsecondary world or looking to continue your education, visitors probably have lots of questions.

Staff will be on-campus to help explore options and provide answers.

Drop by any of the Barrie, Orangeville, Orillia or Owen Sound campuses between 5 and 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15.

Why come to Community Night? Visitors can:

  • Explore part- and full-time certificate, diploma and degree programs
  • Take a campus tour
  • Speak one-on-one with recruitment staff
  • Get help with college applications
  • Meet with staff in the Office of the Registrar and Financial Aid
  • Learn about programs that start in January 2016, May 2016 or September 2016
  • Learn about Georgian’s Community Integration through Co-operative Education (CICE) program (only at Orillia Campus Community Night)

Those who are not sure which career path or program is right for them can take part in career testing or make an appointment to connect with a career counsellor [limited space available and not available at all campuses].

Registration is not required for Community Night and parking tokens are provided.

Georgian also offers campus tours and will host additional Community Nights in 2016 on January 12, January 19, January 26 and February 16.
