Last night, the Barrie Chamber of Commerce held their Annual General Meeting where four new individuals were elected and two individuals were re-elected to the Board of Directors.
Those elected by the Barrie Chamber membership were:
David Brophey, CIBC Commercial Banking
Greg Norris, Liquid Capital Advisors Corp.
Irmina M Koza, Chartered Professional Accountant
Jim Hosick, Landmark Enviromental Group Ltd. (re-elected)
Sarah Taylor, Taylor Media Promotions
Todd Tuckey, Tamarco Contracting Ltd. (re-elected)
The Board of Directors is responsible for financial oversight and strategic direction of the Chamber on behalf of its members.
"I look forward to working with both the current and the new Board members as we continue to rejuvenate the Barrie Chamber and empower local business", said CEO of the Barrie Chamber of Commerce, Rod Jackson.
