TOWNSHIP OF ADJALA-TOSORONTIO - At approximately 12:30 a.m., Sept. 14, 2016, members of the Nottawasaga Detachment, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report that Adam Ogden, age 19, had not returned to his home in Adjala- Tosorontio Township from his work place.
This was unusual behavior for the individual. An investigation as to his whereabouts was commenced by the OPP as well as his friends and family.
At approximately 6 p.m., Sept. 14, 2016 a friend of his noticed suspicious tire marks on the west shoulder of the 2nd Concession of Adjala-Tosorontio Township, north of Highway 89 and south of the 5th sideroad.
Upon closer inspection, he located the missing person’s vehicle at the bottom of a steep embankment approximately 100 feet from the roadway.
Ogden was airlifted to a Toronto area Hospital with undetermined injuries. He is currently listed as being in stable condition.
Investigation into this motor vehicle collision is continuing.
