MIDHURST COMMUNITY RECREATION ASSOCIATION

Kick off Christmas with your friends and neighbours at the Midhurst Community Tree Lighting.
The tree lighting is the third annual event, hosted by the Midhurst Community Recreation Association, a volunteer board that manages the Midhurst Pavilion and provides recreational activities and community events to Midhurst residents. Guests will enjoy free hot chocolate, candy canes, and Christmas music and carolling.
The tree being lit is a beautiful new Norway spruce tree that was planted this fall. It replaces a similar tree that was planted for the inaugural tree lighting in 2019. That tree died as a result of disease and an LDD moth infestation in 2021.
When: Dec. 3 at 6:30 p.m. (tree will be lit at 7 p.m.)
Where: Midhurst Pavilion, 41 Spence Ave., Midhurst
Entrance is free and a donation to the Elmvale Food Bank is greatly appreciated.
