CONTACT Community Services is holding its annual Gift Wrap Fundraiser at the Tanger Outlet Mall near Cookstown starting Nov. 29 and running until Dec.24.

On Black Friday, the mayors in south Simcoe will be wrapping presents to show their support for the charity.

Floyd Pinto from Adjala-Tosorontio Township, Rick Milne from New Tecumseth, Rob Keffer from Bradford West Gwillimbury, and Lynn Dollin from Innisfil will all be in attendance to wrap presents for shoppers at the mall.

The proceeds go to CONTACT Community Services, which has been serving the communities of south Simcoe for the last 40 years.

CONTACT operates the Housing Resource Centre and Volunteer and Information Services for all of south Simcoe, Bradford Works (Employment Services), and The Clothes Line in Alliston.

CONTACT also operates health and wellness programs for low-income seniors in Alliston, Beeton and Bradford and free income tax clinics for individuals on low income from all south Simcoe communities.

Tanger shoppers can get their presents wrapped before they head home and keep family from spotting what they have purchased. Suggested donations are $5 for one gift, $15 for four gifts, or six gifts for $20 with boxes, paper, ribbon and tags provided.

Visit CONTACT’s Gift Wrap booth located between Entrance No. 2 and No. 6 (beside Coach) at the Tanger Mall this holiday season and help CONTACT give everyone a home, employment and a future!
