Mary Street in downtown Barrie is now open to two-way traffic between Dunlop and Ross streets.

The street has been temporarily switched from a one-way street to allow for better traffic flow around the Dunlop Street construction project.

The change will be in effect until mid-July.

There will be no on-street parking on Mary Street while it is a two-way street.

Residents can use nearby municipal parking on Maple Avenue. The Maple Central lot has two hours of free parking; the pay n’ display receipt must be printed and displayed in car.
