Third Age Barrie is once again presenting a challenging series that has already sold out. The central theme of this series will be to identify and describe five key issues affecting our cities.

Each of the subjects will focus on long-term and strategic challenges and how they might be addressed in the age of immediacy.

The presenters will include David Crombie, former mayor of Toronto; Mike Moffat, chief economist, Mowat Centre; Anne Golden, director, Ryerson City Institute; Brian Bentz, CEO, Alectra Inc.; and Jeff Lehman, mayor of the City of Barrie.

Third Age Barrie Lifelong Learning Association is a group of volunteers with diverse educational backgrounds, who are motivated to present stimulating and informative topics of interest for adults in the community of Barrie and area. There are 28 Lifelong Learning Associations across the province.
