A Barrie court has released a recording of a 9-1-1 call made by a man who is now on trial for killing his wife.
The court has heard that Mitchell Brooks placed the call to 9-1-1 on May 24, 2013 to say his wife Deena had been shot in their New Lowell home.
Brooks has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.
