On  Sunday, December 20, 2015 at 11:45 p.m. police noticed a vehicle driving west on Dunlop Street West floating over the centre line then towards the curb, almost colliding with multiple parked cars.

The vehicle made a full and complete stop in the left hand turn lane on a green light at the intersection of Dunlop Street and Toronto Street where the officer stopped the vehicle.

Once stopped, the female driver failed a roadside test and was arrested for impaired driving.

Police records showed she had a previous charge from earlier in 2015 for the same charge.

The 25-year-old Innisfil female had her father's car impounded for 7 days, her drivers license suspended for 90 days and was held for a bail hearing to be held Monday.
