Make a splash for a good cause to help Barrie's Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre!

Friday Harbour Resort in Innisfil will play host to the Take the Plunge Polar Dip on Saturday, March 11 in support of RVH Foundation and the Keep Life Wild campaign.

Those looking to participate can register online for a minimum donation of $25, which includes an event t-shirt, food, beverage, and bragging rights.

Members of the community are invited to cheer on the registered polar dippers during the event, which runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and donate in support of RVH Foundation.

All participants must be at least 18 years of age and sign a waiver prior to participating. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian who must sign the waiver.

The registration deadline is Thursday, March 9.

In 2022, RVH Foundation launched the Keep Life Wild campaign to rally the community to protect the unique way of life that comes with living here. The goal is to raise $100 million to expand RVH, doubling the size of the current site in Barrie and building a new health-care facility in Innisfil.
