NEWS RELEASE
EPILEPSY SIMCOE COUNTY
*************************
Epilepsy Simcoe County (ESC) is pleased to announce their first annual Marketplace Christmas Show at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Saturday, Nov. 16 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This year’s Marketplace will showcase unique items for shoppers that typically can only be purchased on an Etsy website. Holiday gifts will include jewellery, clothing, outerwear, bags, accessories, iron signs, paintings, and much more!

There will also be Christmas gift wrapping onsite, so everyone will be able to get their holiday shopping fully completed - from purchases to wrapping -  at this event.

To complete the entire experience, Spice and Bites will be showcasing their amazing Brazilian cuisine in the venue kitchen; their menu will include brazilian chicken pot pie, brazilian empanadas, churros with dolce de leche, brazilian truffles, and so much more.

Spice and Bites has generously offered to donate a portion of the proceeds from Saturday’s event back to ESC, to help the agency continue to raise epilepsy and seizure awareness.

While Christmas shopping may not be on everyone’s to-do list this Saturday, the community is still invited to come to the hall to purchase some tasty menu items for the weekend.

The Marketplace Christmas Show will take place at 93 Berczy St., and the venue is fully wheelchair accessible. There will be Christmas music, gift wrapping (by donation), and complimentary coffee and tea.

Entry is by donation; shoppers are encouraged to purchase their tickets online here for guaranteed entry and for a chance to be entered into a draw to win a $100 coffee card.
