A 28-year-old Phelpston male started the night out with his brother at Crossover's Adult Entertainment, located at 428 Dunlop Street West, in the City of Barrie.

The two had a bit of a disagreement with a few other patrons in the establishment and were removed by staff.

The accused male was not happy with his night ending short and jumped in his vehicle.

He left the Dunlop Street West bar [allegedly] driving so erratically other vehicles had to take evasive action to avoid collision.

A short distance away, at Anne Street North and Edgehill Drive, the accused drove directly into a hydro pole.

He was arrested on scene for impaired driving and dangerous driving and his brother was sent to Royal Victoria Regional Health Center for minor injuries.

The hydro pole had to be replaced due to damages.

The male was released on a Promise to Appear with a future court date in March.
