The following message was issued Friday afternoon to chamber members by executive director Paul Markle.
As of Jan. 14, the Barrie Chamber of Commerce is still temporarily out of rapid screen kits with delays expected until mid-February.
At this time, we have your contact information and will send out email communication when the kits arrive into our office.
Please keep a record of your order number (five digit number emailed to you when you placed your order initially) as you will need it to collect your kit(s).
When the kits arrive we will begin fulfilling orders in the order they were received. Depending on the size of our initial resupply we may in some cases temporarily reduce the quantity you have ordered to ensure we can get through the rather extensive backlog of orders. We currently have 106,000 screens on order but we have been informed that our full order may not be available all at once.
We will continue to keep you updated, as we receive pertinent information.
