Baby formula theft suspect strikes again

Police determined the suspect to be the same male responsible for incidents during the summer

On Saturday, Nov. 13, 2016 Barrie Police received a call from No Frills located at 165 Wellington Street West, in the City of Barrie, for an attempt theft of baby formula.

The thief was unsuccessful but when surveillance video was reviewed, police determined the suspect to be the same male responsible for the incidents during the summer months. 

The male is described as:

  • Male, white
  • Mid to late 50's
  • 5'10'' heavy set
  • Thin white hair with slight white beard
  • Walks very slow, from side to side

Barrie Police are also looking to speak with Scott Giordmaina (please see picture below) who is a person of interest in this case.  It is believed he is driving a grey Hyundai sedan with Ontario licence plate BYRX196.
