Owned and operated by Devon Wells and Kerryann Wells, Carib Dish is set to become a culinary landmark in the Barrie area. With a passion for Caribbean
cuisine and a commitment to providing an authentic dining experience, the Wells have meticulously crafted a menu that showcases the diverse flavours of the
region.
To celebrate the grand opening, the first 100 customers through the doors will receive a complimentary jerk chicken meal, a signature dish that perfectly
encapsulates the bold and spicy flavours of Jamaica.
"We are thrilled to introduce Carib Dish to the Barrie community," said Devon Wells, co-owner of Carib Dish. "Our goal is to not only serve delicious food, but
also to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can come together to enjoy great company and unforgettable flavours."
Carib Dish offers a variety of dining options to suit every preference, including dine-in, takeout, and reservation options. Additionally, the restaurant boasts a
spacious venue ideal for small parties of up to 40 people, making it the perfect destination for special occasions and gatherings.
The menu at Carib Dish features an enticing array of Caribbean delights, from Jamaica's favourites like jerk chicken, oxtail and curry goat, to Trinidad's Roti and Grenadian Palau. For those craving a taste of home, Canadian classics such as poutines, ribs and wings are also available.
