KEMPENFELT COMMUNITY PLAYERS

Kempenfelt Community Players is pleased to announce that they will be joining over 2,500 theatrical organizations from all 50 states and over 40 countries in producing their own local production of Music Theatre International’s All Together Now!: A Global Event Celebrating Local Theatre.
Theatrical licensor Music Theatre International created this revue for theatres across the globe to use as a local fundraising event performed over the same weekend of Nov. 12, 2021.
KCP’s performances are scheduled for Nov. 12, 13, and 14. This production will be performed in front of a live audience at The Loft and streamed virtually over three days. KCP is thrilled to be part of this exciting worldwide event.
Under the formidable artistic direction of Renee Cingolani and Dave Ball, supported by producers Julie Underhill and Andree Day, and stage manager Rosa Ringhofer, a talented cast of 12 local performers will present the 15 musical numbers that will make up the revue.
All Together Now! features songs from MTI’s beloved catalogue of musicals including Annie, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Come From Away, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Fiddler on the Roof, Godspell, Guys and Dolls, Hairspray, Into the Woods, Les Misérables, Little Shop of Horrors, Mamma Mia!, Matilda, My Fair Lady, Once on This Island, Rent, Waitress and many more!
All Together Now! is a once-in-a-lifetime global event and also a special occasion for KCP. The pandemic has disrupted and delayed many things in our community, including the regular presentation of live musical theatre by KCP. All Together Now! is a welcome opportunity to bring together our performers and audience with opportunities for live and streamed viewing. Presented at The Loft, 125 Anne St. S., Barrie, Ont.

KCP is a community theatre group that has been performing in Barrie and the surrounding area for over 40 years. We are made up of enthusiastic members who have a love of live musical theatre. New members are always welcome, both on stage and behind the scenes.
