CHORALWORKS
*************************
Come and immerse yourself in the olde English and mysterious harmonies of Benjamin Britten’s Ceremony of Carols.

ChoralWorks, Collingwood’s classical choir, celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ accompanied by world-renowned and Juno Award winner harpist Judy Loman, the ever-entertaining pianist Joshua Tamayo, and the exciting rhythms of percussionist Lorne Grossman.

Between lovely interpretations of the classics by the choir, Collingwood’s own Dean Hollin joins us as baritone soloist for the Fantasia on Christmas Carols by Ralph Vaughan Williams, and he will lead you to sing with us the traditional Christmas songs we all know and hold dear, culminating in your participation in Handel’s beloved Hallelujah chorus.

Just one month from today, we’ll make magic together in the resonant acoustics of Trinity United Church. Please find bios and photos of our musicians and how to purchase your tickets at ChoralWorks.ca or contact any choir member.

See you at the 2 p.m. matinee or 7 p.m. evening performance Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023.
