She's hoping to combine her favourite parts of all the past markets she has been in to create an event that both vendors and attendees will love.

One of the standout features of Barrie Artisan Market is the free hour-long art therapy workshop at 12 p.m., for which spots are available on a first come, first serve basis. Led by local art therapist Sarah Smith of Soul-full Art Therapy, this interactive experience is designed to help attendees tap into their inner artist, reduce stress, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves through the therapeutic power of art.
