A positive case of COVID-19 has been confirmed at Bradford District High School (BDHS).

A letter from BDHS Principal Peter Stone was sent to students, staff and visitors of the school letting them know of the case. The school is working with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU), Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB), the Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium (SCSTC) to take the necessary steps to prevent further spread in the school and community.

Due to privacy reasons, the letter did not confirm if the individual was a student or staff member. The school remains open.
