The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their breach of parole.
Warren Loppie is described as a black male, 34 years of age, 5'9" (175 cm), 189 lbs (86kg). He has a tattoo on his right forearm of a skull, and a tattoo with writing "The only good cop is a dead cop" on the left side of his neck.
He is serving a four year and four month sentence for armed robbery.
The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area and Barrie.
