On Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017 a male and female were in a local establishment on the south end of town.
The two ordered $145.15 of food and alcohol, and then left without paying their bill.
Officers followed their footprints in the fresh snow to an address close by.
Officers knocked on the door but there was no answer.
Officers viewed the surveillance video and recognized the two suspects and noted that the address that the footprints went to belonged to the two suspects captured on surveillance.
Officers located the two suspects on Feb. 15, 2017 and issued them both a summons to appear in the Midland Court of Justice, on Feb, 16, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.

- George Michael Kendrick (34-year-old male), Midland, Ont.
- Brook McCue (26-year-old female), Midland Ont.
