South Simcoe Police make arrest in voyeurism/indecent acts investigation

The South Simcoe Police Service has been involved in an ongoing investigation related to indecent acts and voyeurism in Bradford. South Simcoe Police have investigated three incidents from May of 2016, January of 2017 and March of 2017 where a male person was reported to have been looking into houses and committing indecent acts.

Investigators were able to identify a person of interest. Further investigation, and the execution of three search warrants, has proven that the person responsible has been identified. South Simcoe Police are conducting further investigative avenues and consulting with other Police Services to canvass if there are other occurrences in other jurisdictions.

South Simcoe Police have arrested a 37-year-old Bradford man in relation to the above noted incidents. This male has been charged with indecent act x3, voyeurism x3, criminal harassment x3, mischief and trespass by night. The male was taken for a bail hearing in Barrie June 2, 2017.
