On Saturday, Dec. 31 at 11:30 a.m. Barrie Police received a call to Shoppers Drug Mart located at 165 Wellington Street West, in the City of Barrie.
The complainant advised she had set her phone down on the counter and forgot it when exiting the store. When she went back to retrieve the phone, it was gone.
She was able to review surveillance video with security on scene and observe the male suspect pick up the phone and exit the store.
Description:
- Male, white
- Wearing white/red/black toque with emblem on the front and white pom-pom on top, black jacket and jeans
- Shopping with female and young child
