Guy accused of breaking into pharmacy, ends up in hospital

On Sunday night just before 11 p.m. police responded to a break and enter at Kempenfelt Pharmacy located at 11 Victoria Street, in the City of Barrie.

When police arrived they located the suspect still inside the pharmacy, and quickly arrested him without incident. The 36-year-old Barrie male had cut himself on a glass door while gaining entry into the building.

He was transported to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre for medical treatment, and now faces charges for; break and enter and two counts of breach of probation.
