On May 5, 2017, a Midland citizen reported to the Midland Police Service that they had become involved in an argument with a male party regarding stolen property.
During the argument the male suspect threatened to kill the citizen. He was located and arrested and held in custody.
Charged is Travis Fougere, 38-year-old male, Midland, Ontario
- Utter Threats – s. 264.1 (1)(a) Criminal Code
- Possession of Stolen Property s. 354 (1)(a) Criminal Code
He attended Weekend and Statutory Holiday Court on May 6, 2017.
