On May 12, 2017 Midland Police attended a residence as a result of physical altercation between a grandmother and granddaughter.
Investigation revealed that the grandmother had been assaulted during the argument. The granddaughter was placed under arrest and was released a short time later with a court date and conditions to stay away from her grandmother.
Suspect's name is being withheld as per the YCJA. She is charged with assault s.266 Criminal Code.
