Barrie man charged with impaired operation in Innisfil

A Barrie man has been charged following a traffic stop Sunday in Innisfil.

At about 1:55 a.m., a South Simcoe Police Service officer saw a vehicle being driven erratically on Innisfil Beach Road near 10th Sideroad.

The 33-year-old driver has been charged with impaired operation (excess blood-alcohol). His licence will be suspended for 90 days and the vehicle will be impounded for seven days.
