An arborist has died after falling from a tree in Oro-Medonte.
Shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday, emergency crews responded to a property on Huronwoods Drive, which is located between Coulson and Horseshoe Valley, where a man had fallen from a height of about 50 feet, Orillia OPP stated in a news release.
The 45-year-old Springwater man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
The Ministry of Labour, OPP, and the coroner are investigating.
