Passed away peacefully in his 62 year, on September 1, 2022, after a long battle with COPD and Lung Cancer at the Mariposa House Hospice Orillia, Ontario. Mark was born on April 16, 1961 in Scarborough, Ontario to Audrey and the late Herbert Trollope. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee MacGregor). Loving father of Aarron (Stephanie), Shanna (Robert), Robert (Priya), Kathleen (Joshua), and Victoria (Jorden). Dear popa of Mathieu, Emily, Mika, Jensen, Hazel. Brother of Andrew, Earl (Linda), Theressa and the late Brian. Mark worked as a chef in many different restaurants throughout the Barrie area until he got sick in 2019. Mark then retired in Gravenhurst, Ontario, where you could find him swimming, fishing or driving around in the golf cart around the park. Mark was a devoted husband, son, father, Popa and will be missed by many family, friends, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Community Centre at 1007 Racoon Rd., Gravenhurst, on October 1, 2022 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
