TAYLOR, Douglas (Bud)
February 22, 1935 – May 26, 2023
It is with profound sadness that the family of Douglas (Bud) Taylor announce his peaceful passing, surrounded by his family, on May 26, 2023, at the age of 88.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 66 years, Betty; daughters: Peggy (George), and Rae Anne (Clint); granddaughter: Emma; brothers, Allen (Sheila), Robert (Martha), and predeceased by brother Bruce (Peggy); as well as numerous relatives and a long list of friends.
Bud was first and foremost a proud and cherished family man and was known for his positive and optimistic outlook. His many hobbies included boating, golfing, and gardening. He was also a successful entrepreneur and valued business mentor.
At Bud’s request, no service will be held. A private family celebration of life will take place at a later date. Pictures and words of condolence would be greatly appreciated.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the RVH Cancer Care Centre in memory of Douglas Bud Taylor.
