It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Kenneth Emanuel Smith July 22, 2023 at the royal Victoria Hospital.
Ken is survived by his loving wife Shirley of 54 years. Daughters Kim (Shane) Sandra (Henry) and son David (Carrie). Grandfather to 5 grandchildren, Alisha (Leo) Michael (Brandy) Jesse (Anne) Makena and Alaina. Great grandfather to 3, Layla, Willow and Chloe. Loving brother to Marylyn, Judy, Donna and Lynn (predeceased) As well as many nieces, nephews and friends alike.
Ken retired from DeVilbiss after 46 years. In his earlier years Ken enjoyed puttering around the house he had built for his family, camping and kept his eye sharp at the gun club at any turkey shoot he could find. In later years Ken enjoyed travelling with family.
Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
