It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Charles "Chuck" Dennis Saulnier in Michigan, U.S.A., at the age of 80 years. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and incredible achievements that touched the lives of many.

Chuck was born to the late Charles and Theresa Saulnier. Beloved husband of Venita for 32 years. Loving step-father of Jason Mortimer, and Jacklyn Mortimer; and father of Randy Saulnier, and Jeff Saulnier. Proud papa of Harper.

Chuck was known for his storytelling abilities, captivating those around him with his tales. He had a gentle and soft-spoken nature that endeared him to all who knew him. Chuck's passion for music led him to become a talented musician, skilled in playing the guitar and drums.

In his professional life, Chuck was a Coach driver and a driver trainer in the bus industry, a role that reflected his commitment to safety and excellence. His dedication was evident in his remarkable accomplishment of traveling over 6 million miles across North America, all without a single accident – a testament to his skill and diligence.

A Celebration of Life in honor of Chuck Saulnier will be held at the Army Navy and Air Force Club, 52 Morrow Rd., Barrie on October 22, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society, Diabetes Association, COPD, or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. 

Chuck's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched with his kindness, love, and unwavering dedication. He will be deeply missed, and his legacy will continue to inspire us all.
