The family of Eugene “Rusty” Rutherford is saddened to announce his passing on July 18, 2023, at the age of 88.
He was predeceased by his wife Annmarie. He is survived by his daughter Wendy (Lloyd) Bristow, son Scott, and son Marc (Angelina). He is missed dearly by grandchildren: Kylee, Thomas, Katelyn, Max and Gabe; and five great-grandchildren: Kya, Brody, Colin, Benjamin and Whitney.
A funeral service will be held at Adams Funeral Home (445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie) at 2pm followed by reception on Friday, July 21, 2023. A visitation will be held beginning at 12 pm until the time of service. The family would appreciate donations be made to the Barrie chapter of the OSPCA in memory of Rusty.
