(March 22, 1931 - November 24, 2018) - Passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Turner) for 59 years. Loving father of Craig (Lesley), Mae Hofman (David), and Brenda Wick (Kevin). Cherished Poppa to Jamie (Jann) and Megan Hunter (Mike); Jonny Crowe (Britt) and Michelle Jeffrey (Trevor); Josie Wick, Cory Wick; and Aislin O’Brien. Loved great grandfather to Nash and Nate Crowe. Dear brother of the late Walker Hunter and brother-in-law to Heather Hunter. Friends will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME 445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and again on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 12 p.m. until time of Service in the Chapel at 1 o’clock p.m. Private family interment later at Thornton Union Cemetery.
