Norm Gray

It is with sadness that we announce Norman Gray passing away in his 90th year.
Norman moved to Canada in his mid-20s with his wife Doreen from war ravaged England. They both enjoyed cycling in their youth and biked all over the UK. They raised two children and ran a successful business that catered to all aspects of industry from airlines to scientists. Norm also was a farmer, served in the Air force as a weapons technician, and loved the outdoors. He never passed up a fishing trip or a good camp in his youth. He was also a rally driver in his younger years in England. For many years Norman was a mainstay at the Barrie Farmers market selling his organic vegetables before organic was a thing. Norman is survived by his family. In Norman's memory, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer society or the Barrie Native Friendship Center. Arrangements entrusted to Marshall W. Driver Cremation & Burial Service, 19 Ross St., Barrie, ON.
