It is with sadness that we announce Norman Gray passing away in his 90th year.
Norman moved to Canada in his mid-20s with his wife Doreen from war ravaged England. They both enjoyed cycling in their youth and biked all over the UK. They raised two children and ran a successful business that catered to all aspects of industry from airlines to scientists. Norm also was a farmer, served in the Air force as a weapons technician, and loved the outdoors. He never passed up a fishing trip or a good camp in his youth. He was also a rally driver in his younger years in England. For many years Norman was a mainstay at the Barrie Farmers market selling his organic vegetables before organic was a thing. Norman is survived by his family. In Norman's memory, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer society or the Barrie Native Friendship Center. Arrangements entrusted to Marshall W.
