Lionel Sutton Edgerton
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Lionel Edgerton, on August 29, 2023 surrounded by his 3 girls. He passed away peacefully at the age of 97. Beloved husband of the late Shirley, and the late Betty. Loving father of Gale (Gary), Dianne (John), and Patricia. Dear grandfather of Brent (Liisa), Matthew (Carly), Chad, Ben, Tyson, and Troy; great-grandfather of Allison, Ian, Tobin, Oliver, William, Deacon, Dillinger, Calvin, Madyson, Brenden, and Emma. Brother of Joyce, and the late Frank, Marion, and Leonard.
Lionel's presence in the family was that of a true patriarch. He approached life with strength, determination, and his own unique way of doing things. His spirit remained unyielding until the very end.
