Peacefully passed at the I.O.O.F Seniors Home in Barrie on Sunday, May 29th, 2022 at the age of 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (2013). Loving father of Ann (Dave), Terry (Tim) Armstrong, Scott (Linda), Jane (Ed), Karen (John) the late Randy and Bill. Missed by his daughter in laws Gwen and Suzie. Proud grandfather and great grandfather of many. Dear brother of Inez, June, Faye the late Albert, Keith and Bruce. Will be missed by many extended family and dear friends.
A celebration of Bob’s life will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Sunday, June 19th, 2022 from 12-2 pm inside the lower lounge. Words of Remembrance will take place at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob’s memory may be made to the Alzheimers Society of Simcoe County or to the I.O.O.F Seniors Home and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
