CRAWFORD, Bruce D.

Passed away at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie on Friday, May 26, 2017. Beloved husband of 53 years to Sandra (Gill). Loving father of Andy (Carole) Crawford, Lisa (Rob) Chambers and Gill Crawford (Anne Marie). Proud Grandad of Britney (Casey) McNutt, Tyler (Britney) Crawford, Kelsey and Brynn Chambers and Great Grandad to Brycen Crawford. Proud of being 1 of 10 children, Bruce was predeceased by his parents Jessie and Ernest Crawford of Oro Station, brothers Bob and Arnold and sisters Marilyn Marie, Barbara Jamison, Shirley (Jack) Tulloch. He is survived by sisters Phyllis (Garnet predeceased) Robson, Dorothy (Don) Coulton, Gwen Rawlinson and brother Bill (Barbara predeceased). Bruce will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent St. Barrie (just north of Cundles Rd.) on Wednesday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 11 o’clock Thursday, June 1, 2017 with visitation from 10 a.m. Private family interment at Little Brick Cemetery Oro Station (where Bruce volunteered many hours of work for more than 20 years).
