CRANK, Jennifer

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mum and Nana. Family was Jennifer's greatest priority, and her greatest source of joy, and all who knew her can attest to how immensely proud she was of her children and grandchildren. It was through her role of mother and grandmother that she drew her strength, and leaves her legacy of great love. Her kind heart, her generous spirit, her wisdom and her supportive nature were known to everyone she met or spent time with and will be sorely missed. Jennifer's home was a welcoming and safe space for her friends and family alike, and she never hesitated to open her doors to people in their time of need. Left with beautiful and loving memories are her children Kimberly (Charlie), Wesley (Renee) and Cheralea (Brian); her granddaughters Patricia and Lily; her grandsons Matthew and Nathan. Not to be forgotten, the fur grandkids Marble, Carbon, and Samson, as her love of dogs and all animals was just another integral attribute of Jennifer. Predeceased by her parents, Marjorie & Roy Priest, and her sister Margaret MacDonald, Jennifer also leaves behind beloved extended family members here, and in England. Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Jennifer's life at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, on Tuesday, May 30th at 1:00 p.m., with a small service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated by the family.
