Passed away peacefully at home in Innisfil on Sunday, December 9th, 2018 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Patricia. Dear father of Libbie Jennings (Richard) of Mississauga, Debbie Mayerhofer (Wolfgang) of Churchill, Steven Cook (Barbara) of Milton and Michael Cook (Catherine) of Alcona. Loving grandfather of Chris (Amy), Matt (Karolina), Ian, Neil (Amy), Julie, Nicole, Kendra, Mitchell and great-grandfather of Damon, Meliyah, Alyssa and Cassidy. Dear brother of John Cook and Joan Scott. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
