INNISFIL - On Saturday, May 14, 2016 shortly after 1 a.m., South Simcoe Police were called to an Innisfil residence for a report of an assault.
A female victim had [allegedly] been pushed and dragged by her boyfriend after an argument began.
Police arrested the man at the scene.
He was taken to the police station.
A 57-year-old Innisfil man has been charged with assault.
He was released from custody with conditions and will appear in court at a later date.
