The Barrie Persian Association is holding its third annual Yalda event on Dec. 23.
The event, taking place at the Parkview Centre, will run from 7 p.m. to midnight and feature a buffet dinner, music, dancing, children's entertainment and more.
The Parkview Centre is located in the city's east end at 189 Blake St.
Tickets to the traditional Persian festival cost $70 ($12 for kids younger than 12) and can be purchased by emailing [email protected] or calling 647-299-1144.
