ORILLIA - The Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for assistance in locating a missing male from the City of Orillia.

Police are asking for the assistance of the public in locating 68-year-old Richard Aldon Lapp of Orillia. He was last seen at Nobel Towers on Nov. 19, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. He drives a 2003 red Chevrolet Silverado bearing Ontario number plate 3839EN.

He is described as:

  • 5'8"
  • 180 lbs
  • Short brown hair with bald spot on top
  • Blue eyes
  • Walks with a cane or walker
