Police ask for help to find missing woman (Update: located)

The Barrie Police has located Melissa Crane.

The Barrie Police Service is seeking the public's assistance in locating 36-year-old Melanie Crane.

Melanie was last seen early Thursday morning on Nov. 30, 2017 at her residence in the City of Barrie. She had been scheduled to work an afternoon shift at a local restaurant, although never arrived.  

Police and family members are concerned for her well-being.

Melanie is described as:

  • Female, white
  • 5’2”, medium build
  • Brown hair, medium length
  • Hazel eyes
  • In possession of a 2008 blue Ford Focus, Ontario licence plate "CCNB 165"
