INNISFIL - On Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019 just before 3 p.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers were patrolling in the area of Innisfil Beach Road near Webster Boulevard in Alcona. Police observed a vehicle with an expired validation tag.
A traffic stop was conducted and investigation revealed the driver was under suspension.
A 22-year-old Innisfil man was ticketed for driving while under suspension and driving a motor vehicle with no validated permit. The vehicle was impounded for seven days. The driver has a court date in March.
