Tires, rims stolen from local dealership

The Barrie Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a suspect(s) following a theft that occurred in the City of Barrie.

On Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018 just after 1 a.m., a pickup truck had entered the property of Georgian Chevrolet GMC dealership located at 65 Barrie View Dr. and (suspects) removed a set of tires and rims from a vehicle that had been parked on the lot.

Video surveillance captured a white pick-up truck leaving the premise with a set of tires and rims loaded in the back. The tires are described as Bridgestone Dueler A/T 285/45/22 and the rims are described as 22-inch, six-spoke, high-gloss, and black in colour.

The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect vehicle is described as:
    •    White, pickup truck
    •    Black accents on the front hood
