On Apr. 15, 2017 at approximately 11:17 p.m., the Midland Police responded to a disturbance call at a park located on the west side of town.
The investigation revealed two female youth were yelling and screaming. The one female youth was intoxicated and in the possession of alcohol.
Further investigation revealed, the youth is currently bound by a youth probation order with the condition not to consume or possess alcohol.
Subsequently, a female youth, 17 years old of Penetanguishene, ON, was charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Sentence or Disposition section 137 Y.C.J.A.
- Fail to Comply with Sentence or Disposition section 137 Y.C.J.A.
The youth was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of May 3, 2017 at 9:30 a.m., to appear in Midland Youth Court.
