Stolen identity used to obtain credit card

Police look to identify two suspects

The Barrie Police Service is appealing to the public for assistance after two males attended the Canadian Tire located on Bayfield Street in the City of Barrie, completed an online application for a credit card, selected a very expensive vacuum cleaner and then utilized the new credit card to make the purchase. This would not normally be an issue, however all the information used to obtain the credit belonged to someone else.

Although this incident occurred in May of 2017, investigators believe that someone may know the identity of the persons responsible.

Suspect #1- Male mulatto with thin athletic build, medium completion, black hair wearing a black ball cap and black facial hair with a goatee. He was wearing a white T-shirt with two black stripes across the chest, shoulder pouch, black tight track pants, white ADIDAS court shoes with black stripes, black rimmed glasses with gold on the arms and had a full sleeve tattoo on the right arm as well as a tattoo on the upper left.

Suspect #2- M/B, athletic build, black short spiked hair, short on the sides, long on top, black colour goatee. He was wearing a Black/green/white checkered short sleeve shirt, black pants (Jeans) and black and white shoes with a white stripe.
