Sketches released of 'persons of interest' in Ramara sex assault

OPP say incident was reported just after midnight on Sept. 9 in the area of Monck and Kirkfield roads in Sebright
Police are looking for these persons of interest in relation to a sexual assault investigation in Ramara.

Police have released composite sketches of two 'persons of interest' in a sexual assault investigation in Ramara Township.

At about 12:30 a.m., Sept. 9, Orillia OPP and the Central Region canine and emergency response units responded a reported sexual assault in the area of Monck and Kirkfield roads in Sebright.

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify the persons of interest.

The first person is described as a white man in his 20s with blond hair and no facial hair. He was wearing dark clothing.

The second is described as a man in his 20s with a medium build, black curly hair and with facial hair. He was also wearing dark clothing.

Anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident and saw anything suspicious, or who has information regarding the incident or suspects, is asked to call Orillia OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Police remind people to be cautious and be aware of their surroundings.
